지난 토요일 2회차 필리핀 자조모임을 가졌습니다

커피나 음료를 좋아하신다면 플라스틱컵 사용많이 하실텐데요~

그 플라스틱컵을 재활용하여 로즈마리 화분을 만들었고,

우리가 일상적으로 느끼는 감정과 듣고 싶은 말에 대해 이야기 나누며 힐링하는 시간을 가졌습니다

필리핀 자조모임은 월1회 진행됩니다

Hello, this is Dobong-gu Healthy Family Multicultural Family Support Center.

We had our second round of Philippine self-help meetings last Saturday.
If you like coffee or drinks, you'll use a lot of plastic cups.~

I recycled the plastic cups to make rosemary pots.
We had a healing time talking about our daily feelings and what we wanted to hear.

The Philippines self-help meeting is held once a month.
